The Working Party addresses issues related to and relevant for SMEs and SMPs (Small and Medium Sized Practitioners). The Working Party contributes to the debate on IFRS for SMEs and reacts on the SME/SMP aspects of International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) exposure drafts. Biennially, the Working Party organises a European Congress for SME/SMP Accountants. It closely monitors the work programme of the European Commission and provides support to SMPs and SMEs by publishing practical guides on topical subjects.

IFRS for SMEs – a joint subgroup consisting of members of EFRAG and FEE Accounting and SME/SMP Working Parties – Chaired by Stig Enevoldsen (EFRAG)

ISAs for SMEs - the Subgroup provides input to IFAC SMP Permanent Task Force on issues related to the use of ISAs for SMEs/SMPs – Chaired by FEE Vice President .Jose Maria Bove
